Recruitment & On boarding Talent

 

With 3 levels to chose from and a simple pricing structure, you can pick the right support for your business

 

Level 1:  Onboarding partnering post- offer to embed new hires

Level 2:  Onboarding partnering including interview support and onboarding assistance

Level 3: As above with 2 x post- hire coaching sessions to increase retention and feedback 

Go Grow: Post- Hire coaching to onboard and embed your new hire

Level 3 includes pre and post- on boarding support for your new starters and for your hiring manager. A brilliant and unique way to support your new starters and put yourself ahead of the game.

HR Business Partnering

HR Services Lite includes a responsive, specialist  'help at hand' support which allows you to include HR in your business however you wish- you might want to utilse that time to hatch your HR plans, or to deal with a face to face issue with an employee. You might choose to have us attend your Leadership meetings and provide some HR 'oomph' to your Management information. We offer a Pay-as-you-go service for ad-hoc support or a retained service for more of a partnering approach. Whatever you choose, you can be sure that we are there for you focusing on your business.

HR Services Pro is a full- range HR service that can be tailored to your business needs. This is really useful if you need a HR project delivering, or have some people 'noise'  that you could do with exert help with. We can also help you prep for audits, evaluate pay grades and job requirements, and be another member of your management team.
